I live in Melbourne, one of the best cities in the world. I am retired but still active in social activities and hobbies. I was an architect before migrating to Australia, and then I worked as a web developer for over 20 years.
I'm the President of Merpati Putih Australia Inc. and the Merpati Putih Martial Arts instructor. Merpati Putih (MP) - a White Dove in English - is an Indonesian traditional spiritual knowledge, inner-power development, and martial arts school. Three times a week, I provide free breathing exercises via online application and offline at my garage dojo. This year, I'll open Wellbeing Awareness, a Breathing Exercise, a customised program for anyone over 50.

Meditation Breathing
I envision creating a digital repository where experiences and knowledge are shared to benefit anyone seeking to learn and gain insights in their respective careers, advocating for everyone's right to access knowledge for free.
I was born in 1955. As a child, I faced challenges such as severe asthma, humidity, dust, and many other allergens. Due to limited research, medication, and overall awareness, I was motivated to overcome my asthma.
Consequently, I spent hours reading Chinese Martial Arts books before bedtime. This extensive reading familiarised me with the 'traditional martial arts world,' leading me to learn meditation. My interest led me to learn Indian Yoga, Shao-Lin Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do. My spiritual journey and experiences began at that point.
In 1976, I joined Merpati Putih, a Javanese traditional martial arts group in Jakarta. My asthma declined as a result of intense breathing exercises yearly in Merpati Putih.
